论文摘要

随着世界政治经济全球化的不断深入,国家之间的经济往来越来
越紧密,国际化市场的一个重要特点是知识产权的垄断竞争。企业要
获得国际市场上的竞争优势,必须依靠其所拥有的知识产权的数量和
质量来支撑,由于我国知识产权制度建立起步较晚,很多国内企业才
刚刚开始布局自己的知识产权管理体系。本文作者在国内一家知识产
权代理事务所从业多年,在实际的工作当中,发现很少有国内企业在
知识产权部署中设置预警系统,很多都是在遇到知识产权纠纷了,才
被动的开始制定知识产权保护策略。
在知识经济的时代背景下,企业提高核心竞争力的重要途径之一
就是依靠掌握核心技术、不断自主创新,获取知识产权优势来实现。
检索国内外关于知识产权的学术文献,作者发现更多的文章关注的是
企业知识产权战略及实施方面的研究,然而专门针对企业知识产权优
势的前期研究非常少。本文运用相关的经济学理论分析了知识产权与
经济发展的相互关联。基于Fuzzy综合评价法(模糊综合评判法)设
定了企业知识产权优势评价的指标,并且运用到典型案例企业得出相
关的数据。针对我国企业目前在国际化过程中所面临的知识产权问题
进行了分析,并且提出了应对策略。

Abstract
With the deepening of globalization of the political and economic, the economic
contacts between the countries e ever closer. The petition in
intellectual property field is regarded as an important feature of the International
markets. Enterprises must rely on the quantity and quality of the intellectual property
which they hold to petitive advantage on the international market. Since
the establishment of the intellectual property system in China started late, many
domestic enterprises have only just begun the layout of their own intellectual property
management system. The author worked in an IP Law Firm for many years. However,
in the actual work, she found that few domestic firms set to deploy early warning
system in the intellectual property management. Most of them start to make the
strategies on intellectual property rights protection just when being faced with IP
disputes.
In the context of the era of knowledge-based economy, one of the most important
ways to improve enterprises petitiveness is to master the core technology and
constant innovation and then to achieve the intellectual property advantages. After
