关于在我国推行船舶融资租赁的研究

摘要

近年来,随着全球经济技术的加速发展,世界航运贸易空前繁荣,也
为 21 世纪的我国船舶业带来了良好的发展机遇,迎来发展历史上的又一
个关键时期。然而长期以来,我国船舶业一直面临融资难的问题,严重
制约了我国船舶业的跨越式发展。
在国际上,船舶业发达的国家中利用融资租赁进行船舶融资的情况非
常普遍,也很有效。在我国,目前也已经有部分企业开展了船舶融资租
赁业务,然而还很少。本文通过研究分析,探讨了在我国推行船舶融资
租赁的必要性与可行性,分析了船舶融资租赁的优势与风险,也对今后
在我国推行船舶融资租赁应该注意并解决的一些实际问题提出了建议。
本文首先介绍了船舶融资的特点与我国船舶融资的现状,通过对比分
析,认为融资租赁应该是比较适合目前我国国情的船舶融资模式,值得
尝试。其次介绍了船舶融资租赁的形式与特点,并针对其特点探讨了其
在我国应用的前景。然后通过成本现值法分析了船舶融资租赁相对于传
统的银行贷款融资的优势以及需要注意的几点要素,并分析了船舶融资
租赁可能存在的一些风险。最后,对我国当前船舶融资租赁面临的问题
与今后的改进与创新提出了一些建议。

THE RESEARCH ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CHINA'S
SHIPPING FINANCIAL LEASE

ABSTRACT

In recent years, with the rapid development of world’s economy and
technology, the international shipping trade booms unprecedentedly which
brings not only many good opportunities to the development of China’s ship
industry, but also many challenges. However, in a long term, China's shipping
industry has been facing the financing difficulty, which has seriously
hampered the quick development of China's shipping industry.
In the munity, it is mon for the developed
countries to implement shipping financing by financing lease, which also
brought a lot of the profits. In China, some of the enterprises began to start
the business of shipping financing lease, but the number is limited. This essay
probes into the necessity and feasibility of China’s implementation of
shipping financial lease through research and analysis; which also analyzed
the advantages as well as the risks of shipping financial lease. This paper
gives the suggestions on solving the practical problems in the process of
China’s shipping financial lease.
