仓储管理系统是企业信息化管理的核心之一,有效的库存管理可以提高仓库的空
间利用率,提高生产效率,减少库存资金占用,降低生产成本。在现代的仓储管理信
息系统中采用了许多新的技术,如立体货位管理,货位优化模型,射频识别(RFID)
技术,软件复用技术。但是一般仓储管理系统中缺乏库存控制模型的应用,对库存数
据的预测与控制方面的功能体现的相对比较薄弱。据此,本课题提出了库存控制模型
在仓储管理系统中的应用研究。主要工作与成果如下:
首先,本文从基本概念和基本理论着手,对仓储管理及库存控制的相关概念进行
了具体的阐述和界定,指出了在库存控制中存在的矛盾。
其次,分析了库存控制策略,研究库存控制方法及其模型。本文重点研究了三种
模型,ABC 分类法、订货点库存控制法、经济订货批量模型,并在其基础上进行优
化提出了出货量固定,允许缺货情况下的模型以及出货量与现有库存相关的库存控制
模型。
最后,将研究的模型应用于仓储管理原型系统中。本文分析了目标系统的需求并
规划了系统的功能结构和数据模型,确定了系统的开发工具和开发方法。原型系统采
用 B/S 模式作为本系统的体系结构,B/S 结构的系统具有费用低廉、安装和维护方便、
跨平台运行和具有统一、友好的用户界面等优点。同时将理论研究结果应用其中,充
分展示库存控制模型在实际生产中的可行性和应用价值。

Abstract
Warehouse management system is the core business of information management and
effective inventory management can increase the storage space utilization, increase
productivity, reduce inventory amount of funds and reduce production costs. In a modern
warehouse management system used in some new technologies, such as three-dimensional
cargo space management, cargo space optimization model, radio frequency identification
(RFID) technology, software reuse. However, Most of the Warehouse Management System
is lack of application of inventory control model, so forecast and control of inventory data
is relatively weak. Accordingly, the subject put forward the research and application of the
inventory control models in warehouse management system. The main work and achieve-
ments are as follows:
First, in this paper start from the basic concepts and theories, explained and defined
warehouse management and inventory control concepts, and then bring forward the co
