摘要
加强、改进大学生思想政治教育是学校的一项重要工作。思想政治教育要素的有
效性,是制约大学生思想政治教育有效性的前提条件。本文在思想政治教育要素相关
理论指导下,对大学生思想政治教育要素的内涵、功能、相互作用及其与大学生思想
政治教育有效性的关系进行了较为深入、系统的研究,为探索大学生思想政治教育有
效性提供基础性研究成果。
课题采用多种研究方法特别是问卷调查法,根据课题论文写作提纲和相关理论要
点设计问卷,按照概率抽样原理和分层抽样方法,组织问卷调查,收集、统计信息。
论文共分四个部分:
一、介绍论文选题的背景、意义,国内外研究现状及研究思路和方法等。
二、简述思想政治教育要素有效性研究的理论基础,主要包括教育者、教育对象、
教育目的、教育内容、教育方法、教育情境等六个要素的基本内涵、功能及思想政治
教育有效性对要素提出的要求等。
三、展示内蒙古工业大学大学生思想政治教育中六个要素运行及有效性现状。
四、根据“现状”反映的突出问题提出加强内蒙古工业大学大学生思想政治教育
要素有效性的对策,主要是:进一步发挥教师的主导作用;促进大学生主体性与客体
性的统一;认真搞好思想政治教育内容的转换;努力探索教育方法和教育模式的创新
等。
课题经过对内蒙古工业大学各要素有效性的研究,基本搞清了要素有效性的基本
情况及其生成条件,主要包括教育者的主体意识、主体素质,教育对象的接受主体意
识及知识准备、接受力,教育目的的双适应性、整体性及实践性以及与教育内容转换
密切相关的透彻性、契合性问题等。
课题把贯彻落实党的教育方针同学习运用思想政治教育有效性相关理论结合起
来,对内蒙古工业大学大学生思想政治教育要素的基本情况进行了较为深入系统的研
究,有针对性地提出了加强、改进意见,具有积极的现实意义。

Abstract
To strengthen and improve college students’ ideological and political education is an
essential work for universities. The effectiveness of ideological and political education
factors is the basic condition that restricts the ideological and political education
effectiveness. Under the guidance of ideological and political education factors theory, this
paper has carried on the thorough and systematic study on college students’ ideological
and political education factors of the connotation, function, interaction and the relationship
between the effectiveness of the ideological and political education, to provide the basic
research on the effectiveness of college students’ ideological and political education.
