中国高等教育多元化投资体制研究

摘要
本文以马克思主义经济学理论、邓小平理论、公共产品理论和高等教育成本分
担与补偿理论为基础,介绍了美国、英国和澳大利亚等国高等教育投资体制改革的
经验及其对中国的启示,研究了中国高等教育投资体制存在的问题及原因,分析了
中国高等教育投资体制多元化的必要性和必然性,探讨了中国建立真正意义上的高
等教育多元化投资体制的实现路径。
本文共分为五章。第一章为导论,阐述了选题的目的与意义,介绍了国内外研
究现状和文章的主要内容,并指出了文章可能的创新之处和可延伸之处。第二章对
相关概念进行了界定,介绍了马克思主义经济学理论、邓小平理论、公共产品理论
和高等教育成本分担与补偿理论等理论有关高等教育投资的论述。第三章介绍了美
国、英国和澳大利亚等国高等教育投资体制改革的经验,分析了这些经验给中国带
来的启示。第四章深入研究了中国高等教育投资体制存在的问题及其原因,分析了
中国高等教育投资体制多元化的必要性和必然性,指出多元化改革势在必行。第五
章指出中国现阶段应该采取多种形式,丰富高等教育投资主体,建立真正意义上的
多元化投资体制。并结合中国国情提出了具体实施路径,包括巩固政府在多元化体
制中的主体作用、稳定受教育者及家庭投资的重要作用和增强其他部门投资的补充
作用。

ABSTRACT
On the basis of Marxist economic theory, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the theory of public
goods, and the theory of higher education cost-sharing pensation, this dissertation
introduces experiences of higher education investment system reform of the United States,
the United Kingdom and Australia and the enlightenment to China. Then it studies the
problems in China's higher education investment system and the reasons for these
problems, analyses the necessity and inevitability of diversification of China's higher
education system, discusses the path to establish a diversified China's higher education
system in genuine sense.
This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the purpose and
significance of this topic, domestic and international research on the status and the main
content of the dissertation. Then it points out innovations and what may be extended in
it. The second chapter defines related concepts,introduces the Marxist economic theory,
Deng Xiaoping Theory, the theory of public goods and higher education cost-sharing and
compensation. The third chapter introduces experiences of higher education investment
