江阴市农村高中教师职业幸福感的现状调查与提升研究

幸福是那么诱人,以至于每个人都在追求她。对教师职业幸福感的调查研究的终
极目标是共享教育幸福,构建和谐幸福社会。本研究综合使用文献研究法、问卷调查
法、访谈法等多种方法,对江阴市农村高中教师职业幸福感的现状进行了调查,并在
此基础上研究提升农村高中教师职业幸福感的有效途径。
调查结果显示:江阴市农村高中教师职业幸福感的总体情况不容乐观,有近一半
的教师认为自己在工作中很幸福或比较幸福,而另一半的教师则认为自己没有或基本
没有职业幸福感。江阴市农村高中教师职业幸福感的状态与教师的性别、学历等没有
明显的关联,而与年龄、职称、年收入、是否担任班主任、是否担任行政职务、任教
科目等因素有一定的相关性。
本研究认为应从社会、教育主管部门和学校、教师自身三个途径有效地提升江阴
市农村高中教师的职业幸福感。

Abstract
Happiness is so attractive that anyone is in the pursuit of her. The ultimate goal of
survey and research on teachers’ career happiness is to share educational well-being and
build a harmonious society. By integrated use of the literature study, questionnaire,
interview and other methods, this paper conducts a survey on current situation of career
happiness of high school teachers in rural areas of Jiangyin. Meanwhile, on the basis of the
survey, this paper also does the promotion research on effective way to boost career
happiness of research object.
The result of the survey shows that the overall situation of career happiness of high
school teachers in rural areas of Jiangyin is not optimistic. Nearly half of the teachers think
that they feel very happy or fairly happy from their work, however, the other half of the
teachers think that they own little or no happiness from their career. This paper shows that
the state of high school teachers’ career happiness has no obvious correlation with
