改革开放以来我国职业教育改革规律问题研究

本文研究的主要目的是从理论上廓清职业教育改革规律,然后运用此理论对
改革开放以来我国职业教育改革的政策文本、改革进程进行全面而系统的梳理和
分析,从中找出职业教育改革规律中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策建议。
本文共分五章
第一章是引言。主要交代本文选题的缘由、研究目的、研究方法、研究内容,
并对已有研究做了梳理和归纳。主要从两个方面分析。一是梳理归纳了改革开放
以来的职业教育改革的政策文本,二是对职业教育改革理论研究方面加以综述。
第二章是职业教育改革规律理论概述。本研究的理论基础是孙绵涛教授的教
育改革规律理论。在此基础上,进行了延伸,从而建构了职业教育改革规律理论。
职业教育改革规律有外部规律和内部规律,本文主要研究的是职业教育改革的内
部规律。主要从“谁来改”、“改什么”和“怎么改”三方面探讨职业教育改革的
内部规律。
第三章是改革开放以来我国职业教育改革的进程及特点分析。本章对改革开
放后职业教育改革进程进行了梳理,可以大致分成三个阶段,并对每个阶段的改
革情况和特点加以分析。
第四章是职业教育改革中存在的问题。本章从共三个方面阐述职业教育改革
中存在的问题。在“谁来改”中政府占主导地位、学校和社会参与度少;在“改
什么”中,对职业教育机制改革、职业教育观念改革重视程度不够、内容改革的
逻辑性不强;在“怎样改”中,比较注重“经验——合理策略”和“权力——强
制策略”的运用,“规范——再教育策略”没有引起重视。
第五章是我国职业教育改革问题的对策建议。职业教育改革中应改变以政府
唯一的职业教育改革的格局,学校和社会更多的参与到改革中来,明确职业教育
改革内容的基本内涵,综合运用职业教育改革策略。
本文这五个部分紧密联系,构成了较为完整的职业教育改革规律问题的研究。

On the law of vocational education reform in china
since reform and opening up
ABSTRACT
The main purpose of this study is to clarify their vocational education reform law in theory,
and then apply this theory on vocational education reform in China since reform and opening up
the policy of the text, prehensive and systematic reform process of sorting out and analysis,
to find in the Vocational Education Law problems and corresponding countermeasures. This
paper is divided into five chapters
The first chapter is the Introduction. Explain the reason the main topics of this article,
research purpose, research methods, research content. As well as existing research has done a
comb and summarized, mainly from two sides: One is processed and summed since the reform
and opening up policy on vocational education reform in the text; another, is the theory of the
reform of vocational education research reviewed.
The second chapter is an overview of vocational education reform in the law of the theory.
