我国学分制的起源可以追溯至 1919 年蔡元培先生任北大校长时,但随着新中
国成立后的院系调整而被废除,直至十一届三中全会后得到恢复。十一届三中全
会后我国掀起了高校学分制教学管理改革热潮,其间几经起落。原因是多方面的,
既有外部的环境体制所限,也有高校内部的条件管理因素制约,还有观念问题等。
探讨的对策也涉及到方方面面,既要改变观念、外部环境,也要在高校内部进行
课程改革,营造适宜学分制发展的管理条件。
本文为对学分制的概念进行有效厘清,特从学分制的内涵与本质,起源与发
展等方面分别阐述。为整体把握我国学分制的发展脉络,特对其发展历程作一简
要考察,并概括了目前学分制的类型。
为清晰论述我国高校学年学分制的实效性,本文以江南某高校为例,分别从
其培养方案与相关教学管理文件入手,通过调查问卷、访谈的形式对我国高校学
年学分制的实效性进行实证分析;通过简要介绍美国、日本学分制的特点,从而
对我国高校学年学分制的实效性进行比较分析;通过对学分制的目的与理念的界
定,进而对我国高校学年学分制的实效性进行理论分析。
在对我国高校目前学年学分制的实效性提出置疑的基础上,分析影响实效性
的原因,并初步探讨解决对策。

英文摘要我国高校学年学分制的实效性研究
Abstract
Our origins can be traced back to the credit system in 1919, when Mr. Cai Yuanpei
any university president, but with the founding of New China's departments adjustments
have been abolished, to recover until after the Third the third plenary
session of the China lifted the university's teaching management reform of credit, but
amid ups and downs. The reason is various, both the external environment system, also

reform, the development of credit management conditions.
Based on the concept of credit to clarify, effective from the connotation and
essence of credit system, the origin and development are expounded. For the whole of
the credit system in our country, the development process to make a brief investigation,
and generalizes the present types of credit.
