提要
2007 年至 2009 年之间的国际金融危机,对我国企业包括海外施工企业带来了
前所未有的生存挑战。如何强化企业管理、特别是财务管理,应对金融危机,成为
摆在我国海外施工企业面前的关键问题。因此,研究金融危机下我国海外施工企业
存在的财务风险并采取一定的措施进行防范和管理成为一个重要的课题。
本文以金融危机下我国海外施工企业的财务风险为研究对象,从金融危机的影
响和财务风险管理的基本理论着手,研究我国海外施工企业在金融危机下的财务风
险管理问题。论文首先介绍了我国海外施工企业的状况和国际金融危机的成因及影
响;其次分析了金融危机下我国海外施工企业面临的主要财务风险,如收款风险、
汇率风险、外汇管制风险等;进而详细分析了海外施工企业财务风险管理的方法,
提出了加强现金流管理、控制成本、拓宽筹资渠道、降低汇兑损失、利用我国政府
优贷扶持政策等具体措施;最后对本文选取的实例——中地海外集团在金融危机下
的财务风险管理,进行个案研究。论文借鉴金融危机下国内外企业财务风险管理的
经验,详细探讨了我国海外施工企业在国际金融危机下所面临的主要财务风险及其
应对措施,尤其是在非洲工程市场中面临的问题和应对措施。

Abstract

The international financial crisis happened from 2007 to 2009 causes the
unprecedented survival challenges to Chinese enterprises, including construction
enterprises overseas. The key issues Chinese construction enterprises overseas have to
face up are how to strengthen corporate governance especially the financial management,
and how to deal with the financial crisis. Therefore, studying the financial risk of Chinese
construction enterprises overseas in the financial crisis and taking certain measures to
prevent and manage the financial risk has e an important issue.
In the case of financial crisis, the financial risk of Chinese construction enterprises
overseas has e the research object in this paper which studies from the impact of
the financial crisis and the basic theory of financial risk management and the financial
risk management issues of Chinese construction enterprises overseas. The paper firstly
describes the status of Chinese construction enterprises overseas and the cause and effect
of the international financial crisis, followed by the analysis of the major financial risk
faced by Chinese construction enterprises overseas, such as receivables risk, exch
