高校教师幸福指数体系和模型构建研究

摘要
幸福理论最早起源于古希腊。传统的幸福理论主要包括感性主义、理性主义与
基督教神学三个方面,而现代幸福研究则主要集中于心理学、社会学和经济学领域。
影响个体幸福感的因素很多,国外学者提出多种理论对此加以阐述,主要包括:目标
理论、期望理论、社会比较理论、人格——环境交互作用理论、适应和应对理论等。
根据这些理论确定高校教师群体幸福指数评价的各项指标和参数,然后根据数学模
型确定该群体幸福人群所占总的成数,分析不幸福感产生的根本原因,可供高校管
理者为建设和谐校园、激发教师的工作热情、提高教学质量和科研水平进行决策提
供科学依据。
幸福指数,是值得全社会共同关注的。本文根据当代高校教师“幸福指数”研
究的需要,先阐述幸福指数的基本概念,幸福指数研究的现状以及高校幸福指数评
价的意义,寻找高校教师幸福指数评价的理论依据,建立科学评价指标体系。
针对当代高校教师幸福指数的客观测试和主观自我评价数据,运用软
件进行分析,最后测试出高校教师幸福指数的具体数据,从性别、年龄、职务、高
校类型等角度,深入剖析不同高校教师群体幸福感的现状。
从不同的角度对当代高校教师幸福指数进行分析,以多元线性回归分析为手段,
建立以当代高校教师幸福指数为因变量的多元回归模型。最后提出提高当代高校教
师幸福感受的对策。

Abstract
The happy theory es from the ancient Greece at the beginning, the
traditional happy theory mainly includes the perceptual principle, the rationalism and the
Christianity theology three aspects, but the modern happy research mainly concentrates in
the psychology, the sociology and the economic domain. The influence individual happy
heart's factor are many, the overseas scholar proposed that many kinds of theories perform
to elaborate regarding this, mainly includes: The goal theory, the expectancy theory, the
pare the theory, the personality - environment function to discuss, to adapt and
deal with the theory and so on. According to these theory determination university teacher
community happy index appraisal's each target and the parameter, then according to the
mathematical model determined that munity happy crowd accounts for the total
round number, analyzes basic reason which is unhappy produces, may for the university
superintendents for the construction harmonious campus, to stimulate teacher's work
fervor, to improve the quality of teaching and the scientific research level carries on the
decision-making to provide the scientific basis.
