摘要:黑龙江工程学院在办学实践中,着力开展工程文化教育、深化实践教学改革、强化产学
合作机制,创新工程应用型本科人才培养体系,培养具有较高工程实践能力和工程文化素质以
及国际化视野的工程应用型本科人才。

Innovation and practice of personnel training system for engineering-applied
undergraduate education;

Abstract: Based on the practice of Heilongjiang Institute of Technology, it presents a personnel
training system of promoting the engineering-applied undergraduate education emphasizing on
its engineering-oriented culture education, practice-oriented teaching pattern and production-
research-oriented cooperation, adapting itself to meet the demand both for a new national
industrialization and local economic society, aiming at training those with high-quality
engineering personnel, internationalized horizon and employability, thus forming its core-
competitiveness and educational character.
