乌鲁木齐中学课余田径训练环境的社会学分析

本文通过问卷调查法对乌鲁木齐 55 所中学课余田径训练环境进行社会
学分析,得出结论:
55 所中学主管体育工作的领导对于国家教委和自治区教委颁布的两个
条例都能较好地进行贯彻,%的学校对于田径场地、器材的投入都有
明确的规定,对于田径教练员和训练队学生的待遇,%和 %的
学校也均有明确的规定。
55 所学校中有 %的学校每年对课余田径训练都有固定的经费进
行投入,这些学校有好多是区(市)的重点学校,每年的升学率很高,教
委对这部分学校的投入也较大,他们就有充足的经费搞各项体育活动,并
招有一部分具有体育特长的学生,经常在区(市)的各项体育比赛中取得
优异成绩。剩余 %的学校每年并没有体育经费投入,现有的经费仅限
用于学校最主要的教学。
乌鲁木齐田径训练场地受到气温的影响极大,而且很多学校受到经济
条件的影响和制约,室内体育场馆较少,近 %的学校连一些基本的田
径器材都不是很充足;乌鲁木齐从 2001 年至 2005 年间昼夜等效声级均超
标;乌鲁木齐空气质量达到Ⅰ、Ⅱ级日数占 %,Ⅲ级日数占 %,
Ⅳ、Ⅴ级日数占 %。
%的家长和 %的班主任不同意学生参加校田径队训练,但
%的家长和 %的班主任支持课余田径训练。他们对学校课余训
练的肯定程度较高,主要是高在态度中的“认识”成分上,所具有的心态
非常明确地集中在学生通过学习进而成材的层次上,虽对学校课余训练持
基本肯定的态度,如在启发学生竞争意识、培养坚强意志等方面有非常清
楚的认识,对于学生仅从感官方面接受这些因素影响的态度是宽容甚至支
持的,但在“情感”成分,特别是“行为”成分上却表现出相反的情形。

Abstract
The author of this theses adopted questionnaire to make the sociological
analysis of track and field training environment in high schools of urumqi, got
the conclusion as follows:
55 middle school manager sports work leadership both can carry on the
implementation well regarding the State mittee and the
autonomous region mittee promulgation two rules, % of
schools regarding the track and field location, the equipment investment all have
the explicit stipulation, trains student's treatment regarding the track and field
trainer and the after school track and field, % and % of schools also
