技校生课外阅读调查与指导实践研究

作为职业技术教育的一部分,技工院校担负着技工教育、职业培训和职业技能鉴定三大任务。如今,国家经济的快速发展对高技能人才的巨大需求,成为技工院校人才培养体系的有力推动,也为我们的人文素质教育提出了崭新的课题。作为语文教学的一个重要组成部分,课外阅读有助于净化学生的灵魂;可以提高学生的认识水平,以适应时代发展的需要;有助于拓展学生的知识,提高学生的语文素养;还有助于推动技校语文教改,促进学生的专业发展。是技校学生自我提高、自我发展,提高人文素养的一个重要环节。
本文从技工院校的人才培养目标和技校生的特点出发,在广泛搜集、分析文献资料的同时,结合问卷调查、访谈等方法,对技校生语文课外阅读现状进行调查研究,在此基础上提出如何改进的相关策略,并结合本人所任教的班级的实际情况,和本人承担的教材编写工作和竞赛组织工作,对课外阅读活动进行了实践探索。
本文的调查结果显示,技校生语文课外阅读现状不容乐观:阅读需求层次偏低,对经典作品的阅读兴趣不足;缺少良好的课外阅读环境;课外阅读方法有待于改进;老师对课外阅读的指导还显得欠缺;受视听传媒等的影响,满足于大众快餐文化等。因此,技校生的课外阅读还处于盲目、无序的状态之中。
针对技校生语文课外阅读存在的问题,本文提出了语文课外阅读指导策略。先分析课外阅读指导策略的理论依据,再明确课外阅读指导策略的五大原则,即课内与课外结合的原则;针对性原则;有序性原则;实效性原则;创造性原则。据此,本文提出了语文课外阅读指导的六大策略:转变观念,提高对课外阅读的认识;创设课外阅读环境,激发课外阅读兴趣;合适的课外阅读材料的推荐与选择;课外阅读方法指导与个性阅读相结合;积极发挥文学欣赏课的独特作用;开展丰富多彩的课外阅读活动……
在研究本课题的同时,本人在所任教的班级,开展了课外阅读实践探索。期待通过这次探索,改善技校生语文课外阅读的状况,为教师更好地指导课外阅读提供有益的借鉴。同时,本人还结合《开卷有益——古今文学导读》一书的编写,为课外阅读提供了阅读材料。并力求通过组织文学知识竞赛活动,营造全省技校学生学文学,爱文学的风气,并对所学情况作出相应的检测评价。

Abstract
As a part of the vocational and technical education, the technical school is responsible for technical education, vocational training and vocational skill identification. Nowadays, the rapidly development of national economy has a huge demand for highly-skilled talents. This demand has not only promoted effectively the personnel training system in the technical school, but also raised new issue of humanistic quality education. As an ponent of Chinese teaching, extracurricular reading is helpful to purify the soul of students; it can improve cognitive level to meet the demand of social development; it can develop the knowledge of students, increase their Chinese literacy; it can promote reform in the Chinese education in the technical school and accelerate the development in students’ major. Extracurricular reading is an important means to impel the self-improvement, self-development.
