调频连续波SAR信号处理机的研究

摘要
在机载对地观测领域,合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar, SAR)已经受
到了广泛的关注。它要求雷达体积小、重量轻、成本低、功耗小。而传统的脉冲
式合成孔径雷达结构较为复杂,成本高,体积庞大。而调频连续波(Frequency
Modulated Continuous Wave, FMCW)雷达具有体积小、重量轻、造价低的特点,
使其易于安装在小型无人机上。
由于调频连续波体制的数据量比较大,为了适应高速数据采集的需要,不仅需
要采用高性能的 ADC 芯片为基础开发数据采集系统,而且需要开发出更高速、更
大容量的存储系统以及高速信号处理系统。本设计由采集存储和信号处理两块板
卡构成:其中采集板由 FPGA 控制负责数据的采集以及存储(用 FLASH 作存储介
质),信号处理板从采集板接受到数据后进行雷达成像的运算(采用 ADI 的 TS201),
最后通过串口 RS485 将高速的图像数据传给计算机主机。
本文首先介绍了雷达成像的发展,调频连续波体制的概念,然后对整个系统的
设计进行了介绍,最后对本设计进行了总结和展望。

ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT
In the fields of airborne earth observations, there is a special interest in the Synthetic
Aperture Radar (SAR) . It requires the radar system having small size, light weight, low
cost and low power consuming. Conventional SAR works in pulse mode, which is
usually plex instrument, neither low cost pact. Furthermore the Frequency
Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) radar system is pact and relatively
characteristic make it easy to be set in small unmanned aerial vehicle.
Because the high data rate of FMCW,we must fit the high speed sampling. For the
high speed data sampling,it is not only necessary to design a higher data sample system
at the base of high performance ADC chip,but also a higher speed and larger capacity
storage system and high speed signal processing design is made by two
board:the AD board is controlled by FPGA and in charge of the data sampling and
storage(use FLASH as storage),DSP board get the data from the AD board then
processing,at last transfer the imgae data to puter.
My essay fisrt introduce the development of radar image,and the FMCW,then
introduce My system,and at last summarize the design and analyze the application
foreground.
