青海省中小学学校体育现状与发展对策

摘要

青海省面积万多平方公里人口约万其中少数民族自
治区域占全省面积的左右少数民族人口占全省人口的以
省会西宁市为中心以人口密度相对较大的海东农业地区和青南藏族
蒙古族农牧业区为依托构成了青海省特有的地域经济和文化教育格
局对青海省不同地域不同民族间学校体育的比较和研究目前尚
不多见对青海省学校体育总的现状的调查研究尚是空白本人选择
青海省中小学学校体育现状及发展对策为我的硕士学位论文研究
课题是为了全面了解青海省学校体育现状揭示制约青海学校体育
发展的因素提出发展对策为教育主管部门提供决策理论依据
本人设计发放和回收了题为青海省中小学学校体育现状的
问卷调查表包括学生问卷体育教师问卷体育教研组长问卷体
育主管领导问卷四部分于年月年月分别对青海省
的所中小学进行了有关问题的问卷调查调查学生名体育
教师教研组长学校领导各名
结果如下青海省中小学学校体育教学现状表面上好于全实质上体育教学现状不容乐观具体如下体育课被挤占
现象非常严重体育教学的随意性大教学效果差青海省中小
学体育教师男女比例严重失调体育教师兼职比例过大小学缺专
职体育教师余名专职体育教师的学历达标率低于全
等在调查的基础上提出了加强和完善学校体育工作的组织管理
建立各级教育主管部门体卫处加强对学校体育和卫生工作的宏观
领导理顺领导关系协同共管提高各级教育部门对加强学校体
育明显改善青少年身体素质重要性的认识呼吁社会各界关心
支持学校体育有关部门应组织人力开发民族体育项目在广大的农
牧区中小学开展能极大地丰富学校体育的教学内容改善学校体育
的教学效果等适合青海实际的发展对策

Present Situation of Physical Education in Middle and Primary
Schools in Qinghai Province and the Measures to Achieve Its
Development

Qinghai Province covers an area of over 720 thousand square kilometers and has a population
of approximately million. The area of autonomous region where the minority nationalities lives
accounts for about 99% of the total area, and the population of minority nationalities occupies %
