文档介绍:洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文) I 基于 PLC 控制的机械手系统设计摘要机械手是在自动化生产过程中发展起来的一种新型装置,广泛应用于工业生产和其他领域。可编程控制器(PLC )已在工业生产过程中得到广泛的应用。现在, PLC 发展的主要趋势是向着小型化、标准化、系列化、廉价化、智能化、大容量化、高速化、高性能化、分布式全自动网络方向发展,以满足现代化企业生产自动化的不断需要。组态软件的应用,极大地辅助了 PLC 的应用范围的推广。应用可编程控制器控制机械手能实现各种规定的工序动作,对生产过程有着十分重要的意义。论文以三菱 FX2n 型PLC 为基础,介绍 PLC 在机械手搬运控制中的应用,设计了一套可行的机械手控制系统,并给出了详细的 PLC 程序、组态王组态设计过程。设计完成的机械手可以在空间抓、放、搬运物体等,动作灵活多样。该装置涵盖了可编程控制技术,位置控制技术、检测技术等,是机电一体化的典型代表仪器之一。关键词:可编程控制器;机械手;控制;电机洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文) II Manipulator System Design Based On PLC ABSTRACT The manipulator isa new device developed in the automatic production process. It is widely used in industrial producing and other fields. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), has been widely used in industrial producing as well. ow, PLC is the main d of t toward , standardizcdn serialization, cheap, and high-tech, large-capacity, high-speed, high-perfOfmance, distributed work development to meet the modem enterprise automation of the production need. With the application of Configuration Software ,its application range is greatly enlarged. Manipulator with PLC control plete various specified procedural actions ,which h as very vital significance to the production process. Based on the PLC of Schneider TWDLCAADRF40 type,this paper introduces PLC application in manipulator transportation control system, and design a available manipulator control system,with provide ing PLC programming process and configuration process in detail. The manipulator designed by this paper,can grap,put and carry object, the space. The device covers a programmable control technology, position control technology, detection technology, Mechatronics isa typical representative ofone of the machines.
