在经济全球化的进程中,我国经济在更大范围内融入世界经济,企业直接面对国际、国内大市场,竞争将更加激烈。而经营战略是企业主体在长期目标方面的行为选择,也是企业注重内部发展和市场状况的系统决策模式。因此,正确选择经营战略,关系到企业的成败。本文从企业生命周期角度出发,分析了专业化和多元化在企业生命周期不同阶段的重要性和必要性,通过对多元化和专业化的含义、优缺点等方面的分析,得出多元化、专业化并无优劣之分的结论,指出专业化和多元化是企业发展过程中的必然选择,贯穿企业发展过程始终。并进一步探讨了有关多元化与专业化选择的实质问题和时机问题。最后通过实际案例分析总结出企业生命周期不同阶段实施多元化与专业化战略的可行性。

ABSTRACT
In the process of economic globalization, our country's economy has been integrating into the global economy in a much wider range, the enterprises face both the international and the domestic big market directly, therefore, petition will be more intense1>. And the business strategy is the behavioral choice of enterprises in the long-term goal aspect, it’s also the systemic decision model for enterprises to pay great attention to the internal development and the market condition. Therefore, choosing the business strategy correctly decides enterprise's ess or failure. From the point of 5>view of the enterprise life cycle, this paper analyzes the importance and the necessity of enterprises in different enterprise life cycle, draws the conclusion that there is no distinguish between the diversification and the specialization indicating which of the two is superior or inferior, and pointes out that the specialization and the diversification are the inevitable choices of the enterprise during its development process which goes throughout the enterprise development course. Meanwhile, the paper further discusses the essential questions and time questions concerning the choice of the diversification and the specialization. Last but not the least, through the analysis of practical cases, the paper summarizes the feasibility of the implement of diversification and specialization in different phases of enterprise life cycle.
