文档介绍：摘要:目的:总结87例危重患者压疮护理体会。
方法:对87例危重患者压疮的护理进行回顾性分析。
结果:压疮治愈63例,好转22例,有1例2d内死亡,1例1d后转心内科继续治疗,最终有8例患者最后因多脏器衰竭死亡。
结论:压疮多见于长期卧床并伴营养不良的慢性疾病患者,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮老年危重患者容易发生,基础护理十分重要,对Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮老年衰竭患者,采取新洁尔灭清创,庆大、贝复剂、胰岛素湿敷,有效率为100%。

Abstract:Objective: Sum up nursing experience in 87 cases of critically ill patients with pressure ulcers.
Methods:In 87 cases of critically ill patients with pressure ulcers nursing were analyzed retrospectively.
Result:Cured 63 cases of pressure ulcers, improvement in 22 cases, 1 cases died within 2 d, 1 case of 1 d after turn heart to continue treatment, with the final eight patients died of an failure finally.
Conclusion:See more at long-term lie in bed and pressure ulcers with malnutrition of patients with chronic diseases, Ⅲ, Ⅳ elderly critically ill patients prone to pressure ulcers, basic nursing is very important, for Ⅲ, Ⅳ pressure sores in elderly patients with failure, adopt new clean out the debridement, celebrating the big shi fu, plex agent, insulin, effective rate was 100%.
