大型钢铁联合企业应用 COREX 工艺的探讨

【摘要】与高炉相比, COREX 工艺具有明显的特点, 并有发展潜力。就目前状况,
只有在大型联合企业内, COREX 技术才能发挥出经济优势. 国家应采取扶持政策, 保证
COREX 工艺在大型联合企业内成功引进和建设, 使其发挥出较好的经济和环境效益。

DISCUSSION ON APPLICATION OF COREX TECHNIQUE
TO LARGE INTEGRATED STEEL WORKS

【Abstract】 Compared with the BF , the COREX ironmaking process had many obvious
characteristics and the developing potentialities , however , the economic efficiency of the COREX could
be realized only in large integrated steel works at present. The preferential policy should be offered by the
government for the large integrated steel works to imported and build the COREX process essfully and
to make great economic and environmental benefit.

1 前言时, 对其也需要进一步开发以完善和提高
熔融还原炼铁是当代冶金工业前沿技术之 COREX 技术。
一, 它的开发应用是对传统高炉炼铁工艺的根本这些年, COREX 设备在不断大型化, 日产
性变革。但到目前为止, 唯一投入商业运行的熔 2000t 铁的设备于 1997 年 4 月在韩国浦项投产,
融还原工艺是 COREX 工艺。因此, 自南非伊斯日产 3000t 铁的设备也在设计。目前, 全世界已
科尔公司第一座 C1000 型 COREX 炉于 1989 年投投产和在建的 COREX 装置有 7 座, 到 1998 年
产到 1995 年就有上千批团组前往考察。得出的 COREX 熔融还原炼铁达年产 500 万 t , 约占世界
