大学生人生意义感及其与心理健康关系的研究

本研究以自编的《大学生人生意义感问卷》为测量工具,对南京地区大学生人生意
义感及其与心理健康的关系进行了研究。问卷以 Recker 等人的人生意义感理论为依据,
并结合人生意义感已有研究结果,将人生意义感划分为认知维度、动机维度和情感维度
三个维度。考察了南京地区大学生人生意义感的总体状况,以及大学生人生意义感在一
般人口统计学变量上的差异性,并对人生意义感及其各维度与心理健康的关系进行了研
究。研究取得了以下结论:
《大学生人生意义感问卷》具有较好的信度和效度,可以用作大学生人生
意义感的测量工具。

差异性较大。

Abstract
In this thesis, the college students' meaning in life and its relationship with the mental
health is studied, by using the "College students' meaning in life questionnaire" complied by
myself. Based on Recker's theory about the meaning in life bined the results reached
in recently studies, in this questionnaire, meaning in life is divided into ponents:
cognitive dimension, motivational and emotional dimension. Beside the feature of the college
students' meaning in life, the differences on the demographic variables and the relationship
between the meaning in life and mental health are also studied. Research has made the
following conclusions:
1. "College students' meaning in life questionnaire" has good reliability and validity,
and can be used as the measurement tool for college students' meaning in life.
2. In Nanjing, college students' meaning in life is at the upper level, and totally is in the
ideal situation. The differences on the motivation intensity of achieving their life goals and
self-worth are very small. However, in regard to life beliefs and life experience differences
