生产系统在整个供给链中占有极其关键地位, 是价值形成关键部分, 系统分析生产过 程体系, 改善生产效率, 降低无须要劳动消耗, 增加产品价值, 柔性应对市场环境, 提升企业 营运水平和企业竞争力, 是生产运作关键任务。 本研究, 从用户服务引出问题及企业现在面 临情况入手, 首先介绍山东威明企业基础情况, 分析现今山东威明企业生产管理体系及流 程, 叙述当今关键优异生产系统理论、 精益生产原理和理念, 综合采取定量分析和定性分析、 现场调查、 系统分析、 图表统计和分析等方法, 分析追迥根源, 找出山东威明生产系
统优化和改善对策, 提出生产系统改善和提升方案; 分析山东威明企业生产组成要素和瓶劲, 归纳生产系统改善提升路径, 提出处理方法。 对生产现场人、 机、 物、 法、 环及管理为研究 对象进行分析, 寻求问题症结, 从改善质量消除隐形工厂、 生产线设计、 生产时间削减, 生 产场地占用面积节省来提出提议, 经过改善生产系统, 来提升用户满意度, 从而增加利润, 扩 大和稳固市场分额。 在把技术、 生产、 客服有机结合, 共同促进市场开发方面, 为企业提供新 思绪和途经。
