内容摘要校本培训是源于学校发展的需要由学校发起和规划的旨在满足学
校每个教师工作需要的校内培训活动它是以个性为特征立足本校本岗融学
习研究实践为一体的一种培训模式是中小学教师培训中的一个有机组成
部分随着我国基础教育改革的不断深入教师教育中的校本培训日益受到重视
由于受传统的一次性的终结性的师范教育等因素的影响校本培训在理论研
究系统的实践操作等方面尚不深入面向教师专业发展的校本培训试图将校本
培训的形式与教师专业发展有机结合使校本培训直接服务于教师专业发展它
并不否定大学或其他师资培训机构的作用而是倡导充分发挥学校自身在师资培
训方面的职能挖掘学校的内在资源调动教师的积极性使教师在职培训朝着
能够随时随地在每个教师所需的时刻以最好的方式提供必要的知识和技能这一
目标迈进围绕这一主题本文从面向教师专业发展的校本培训释义特点意
义理论依据构成要素及实施策略和步骤六个方面展开论述重点对面向教师
专业发展的校本培训进行了初步的理论思考从主体需要人本管理教师专业
化终身学习理论四个方面并从中观的层面阐述了面向教师专业发展的校本培
训的构成要素培训的理念和目标培训的主体和对象培训的内容培训的
形式和手段培训的管理及实施策略及步骤力求突出校本培训面向教师专业
发展的实践走向寻找促进教师有效学习的突破口

The School-based In-service Training Facing
Teachers’ Professional Development
[Abstract] The school-based in-service training,roots from the development of
school, which is initiated and marked out by schools. It is a kind of school training of
satisfaction of every teacher and has obvious personality characters. It is a kind of
training of according to school and teachers’ learning, study and practice, which is the
important part of the teachers’ education of elementary and primary school. With the
reform of our country’s basic education, people pay more attention to it. Because of
the influence of the traditional, one-off and terminative pedagogic education, the
school-based in-service training needs deeply theory research and systemic practice
operation. The school-based in-service training which is for the service of teachers
professional development, is trying bine this form of training and teachers
professional development together so as to let the training system right under the
