学生有无进步和发展是衡量教学有效性的唯一指标,本文通过文献分析、教
学案例、行动研究以及经验总结等方法,借鉴国内外有效教学相关研究成果和实
践经验,从教师的教学行为和学生的学习行为两个方面入手,在明确课堂教学有
效性的基本理念、标准及影响因素后,对初中思想品德课堂教学现状进行分析,
然后针对性地提出有效教学的具体策略。本文认为提高课堂教学的有效性不能只
把眼光放在 45 分钟上,课前的准备和课后的反思都需要给予关注,教师教学理念
的更新与职业素养的培养对课堂教学有效性的提高起到非常重要的作用。总之,
教育大计,教师为本,提高课堂教学有效性的重任主要落在教师的肩上,只有充
分发挥教师的主导作用,作为教学主体的学生学习积极性和主动性才能被激发,
师生共同努力才能有效提高课堂教学质量。

Abstract
The only indicator to judge the teaching & learning effectiveness is whether the
students make progress or not. By analysing documents, introducing teaching&learning
examples, studying some practices and concluding experiments, the author draws on the
experience of effective teaching & learning from both home and abroad. Concrete
strategy of effective teaching & learning is presented on the basis of clarifying the basic
concept, standard and influencial factors of effective teaching and learning, as well as
the analysis of the present situation of class teaching & learning effectiveness research
of moral cultivation in the junior high school. The point of this article is how to improve
the effective teaching & learning is far beyond the 45 minutes in the calss. Much
attention should be given to the preparationg before the class and the review after the
class. The ideology updating and the abilities revovatoin of the teachers play a key role
for the improvement of class teaching & learning effectiveness. Only the abilities of the
teachers can be improved, the learning enthusiam of the students can be inspired which
leads to the effective progress of the teaching and learning quality.
