摘要
随着现代信息技术的发展,以提高产品加工的生产效率为主的高度自动化和以提高产品的质量为主的精密化成为现代机械加工技术发展的两个主要方向。人们对航空机、数控机床、精密仪器和仪表以及各种精密机械设备提出了越来越高的精度要求,X-Y作台是这些设备实现高精密加工的核心部件,对于提高产品的加工质量起着尤为重要作用。
通过对几种运动控制方案的比较,决定采用ATMEL公司的 AT89s51单片机作为主控制芯片的运动控制方案。它是AT89c51单片机的升级版,不仅支持更高的极限工作频率,具有ISP(在线更新程序)功能以及拥有对c51单片机的全面兼容性,并且还具备了c51单片机的结构简单、价格低廉、开发周期短等优点。本设计分为硬件和软件两个部分。硬件部分设计主要包括芯片的选型、伺服系统的选型、单片机模块的设计、电源系统的设计、输入/显示界面的设计等。系统硬件设计采用模块化的设计方法,使系统具有良好的扩展性和经济性。软件部分包括通过编写输入/显示子程序,通讯子程序,插补子程序等控制所必须的子程序函数库,最终实现了使交流伺服电机轴按设定的曲线运动的功能等。
