西安市中小学校园足球发展现状与对策研究
摘要
校园足球活动在全国开展两年多以来,与其它城市相比较,西安市的校园足
球活动还存在一些问题。为了健康全面的发展西安市校园足球活动事业,准确把
握素质教育与校园足球活动的关系,特别是为了在新形势下探索足球后备人才培
养、输送的新路子,笔者选择了西安市中小学校园足球发展现状与对策研究的课
题,以西安市开展校园足球活动的中小学足球队员、家长和教练员为研究对象,
以期在本论文的撰写过程中,把握西安市校园足球活动开展的现状、理清活动发
展的正确思路,为西安市校园足球活动的开展做出一点微薄的贡献。
论文运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法以及数理统计法等方法,对国内
外研究青少年足球活动的文献进行了仔细查阅和分析,借鉴了相关专家学者对青
少年足球运动与素质教育、与高质量足球运动员培养的相关关系的研究。
本文归纳出了只有坚持草根足球活动才能促进青少年的全面发展、有效提高<br的基本观点;通过对西安市校园足球活动的领导机关及其管理
干部、对青少年学生运动员、教练员及其学生家长的调研活动,把握了西安市参
加校园足球活动的基本现状及问题,如校园足球活动不够普及,学校领导对活动
不够重视,教练员、场地、经费不足等问题。了解了教练员、运动员、学生家长
对校园足球活动的认识及参加情况,得出了西安市参加校园足球活动的学校及人
口不多、部分校长和教练员尚不能正确认识校园足球活动在素质教育中意义、高
中和大学的校园活动尚未展开、四级联赛赛事体制和新的人才输送体系尚未建
立、高质量教练员不足等结论。最后提出了加快校园足球活动的推广与普及,正
确认识校园足球活动的素质教育功能,完善四级联赛赛事体系和建立新的优秀足
球人才输送体系,借鉴西安市乒乓球俱乐部的方式,把优秀退役运动员聘为校园
足球教练员等的具体建议。

Abstract
It has been two years since the “School Football Programme” carried out in the
country, compared with other cities, progress of the programme in Xi’an encountered
some problems. For the programme to be fully developed in Xi’an aiming at a
comprehensive and healthy campus football, and to establish a relation between
quality education and campus football, particularly under the new and changing
situations in order to discovering the Football Reserve personnel from training
activities, new channels of delivering those talents to an appropriate destination, the
article has adopted to research the issues and the countermeasures of current
development in the school football in Elementary and Middle Schools in the course of
this thesis, in order to grasp the status of the school football activities development
carried out in Xi’an and disentangle the suitable methods for the promotion of School
Football programme in Xi’an.
