学龄前儿童单纯性肥胖和适应行为的研究

摘要
目的:了解武汉市学龄前儿童单纯性肥胖和适应行为的现状;探讨单纯性肥
胖对适应行为的影响,提高人们对单纯性肥胖危害的认识,促进儿童适应行为的
良好发展。
方法:于 2006 年 4 月 17 日~5 月 11 日整群抽取武汉市城区 3 所幼儿园中 909
名健康学龄前儿童为研究对象,由家长填写《儿童适应行为评定量表》,结合儿童
体格发育测查记录,分析儿童单纯性肥胖和适应行为现状;以 112 名单纯性肥胖
儿童为病例,与肥胖度正常的儿童进行 1:2 病例对照研究,探寻单纯性肥胖对适
应行为的影响。
结果:(1)在 909 名学龄前儿童中,男童 506 名,女童 403 名,性别比为 :1.
儿童肥胖率为 %,男童肥胖率高于女童(P<);不同年龄组学龄前儿
童的肥胖率差异无显著性意义(P>)。
(2)在 909 名学龄前儿童中,%的儿童适应行为达到平常及以上水平。
女童适应行为商数、独立功能因子、社会/自制因子、生活自理、语言发展和个人
取向分量表得分高于男童(P<)。不同年龄组儿童适应行为差异有显著性(P
<);适应行为商数、独立功能因子、认知功能因子、生活自理、语言发展、
社会责任及时空定向等的得分均随年龄增长而增加。
(3)1:2 病例对照研究显示,单纯性肥胖组儿童适应行为商数、3 大因子和 8
个分量表得分均低于对照组儿童(P<);中度和重度肥胖对适应行为有明显
影响。单纯性肥胖导致适应行为商数、3 大因子和 8 个分量表得分偏低。
结论:武汉市学龄前儿童单纯性肥胖率在;儿童适应行为
总体发展正常,且存在性别、年龄差异;儿童单纯性肥胖导致适应行为偏低,故
需采取多种措施,控制单纯性肥胖,消除儿童适应行为发展的障碍,促进其适应
行为的良好发展。

Study of preschool children simple obesity and

Abstract
Objective: Understanding the current status of preschool children simple obesity
and their adaptive behavior in Wuhan city; to explore simple obesity impact on adaptive
behavior, so as to improve people’s congnition about simple obesity and promote
children’s adaptive behavior.
Methods: Subjects for this study were preschoolers attending 3 kindergartens in
Wuchang district of Wuhan city. They were selected by cluster sampling from April
17th 2006 to May 11th 2006. Parents were administered the“Child Adaptive Behavior
Scale (CABS)”. And base on the record of children growth, to describe the current
status of preschool children simple obesity and their adaptive behavior. 112 simple
obesity children were selected as case. Applying 1:2 matched case-control study, each
case was individually matched with two controls (normal children), to find out simple
obesity impacting
