残疾大学生就业社会支持系统研究——基于M大学的调查

摘要

本文基于对武汉市 M 大学的调查,运用质性研究方法,从生态系统论的视角
对残疾大学生就业社会支持系统进行了研究,比较全面、直观、系统地展现了普
通高校中残疾大学生就业社会支持系统的基本现状、存在的问题及其成因,并在
此基础上,提出了完善该支持系统的对策与建议。
全文分为五个部分:
绪论部分对相关重要概念进行了界定,并对既往研究进行了梳理和综述,同
时,介绍了本文的研究背景、研究思路与目标、研究方法与步骤等相关问题。
第一章描述了残疾大学生就业社会支持系统的基本现状。该支持系统分为微
观、中观、外观和宏观四个层面。每个层面有不同的支持主体,不同的支持主体
从不同层面为残疾大学生就业提供了各种形式的社会支持。
第二章依然从上述四个层面揭示了该就业支持系统存在的问题,并分析了问
题的成因。发现:每个层面的支持系统都存在一定问题,并都有其独特的成因。
第三章是对策与建议。本文根据残疾大学生就业社会支持系统的现状,并针
对其存在问题,分别从四个层面提出完善该支持系统的对策与建议,希望对促进
残疾大学生就业有所助益。
结语部分对本文的研究状况进行了总结,阐述了本文研究的新发现,指出了
本文研究的若干不足,并对本研究遵循学术道德方面的问题进行了说明。

Abstract

The paper did survey on M University, used qualitative research methods, and did
research on the social support system of employment of disabled graduates from the
ecosystem perspective. prehensively, intuitively and systematically demonstrated
the basic status quo, existing problems, and their causes of the social support system of
employment of disabled graduates in the univercities, and on this basis put forward
countermeasures and suggestions that perfected this support system.
The full paper is divided into five parts.
The Introduction defines some important concepts, sorts out the past research on the
theory of social support, and described the study's research background, research ideas
and goals, research methods and procedures, and other related issues.
The first chapter describes the basic status quo of the social support system of
employment of disabled graduates. The support system is divided into four dimensions:
micro, meso, exo and macro. Each level has different support body, which provides all
kinds of social support for employment of the disabled graduates from different levels.
