教师和学生是高校教育、教学中的两个基本要素,高校师生关系在高校教育、
教学过程中体现着人与人之间关系的最基本、最重要的方面,对学生的身心发展
和学业表现具有重要作用。目前,国内外学者对师生关系的结构,类型及影响等
进行了一定程度的探讨,但大多局限于中小学阶段。对大学阶段的师生关系的研
究则常见于教育学领域,心理学实证方法的研究较为缺乏。因此,深入研究大学
生师生关系并探讨在中国文化背景下大学生师生关系的结构及发展特点,对优化
高校师生关系具有一定的理论和现实意义。
本研究在分析大量的国内、外资料的基础上采用深入访谈的方法收集项目,
初步编制了中国文化背景下的大学生师生关系问卷,并以两个样本,共 1183 名
大学生为研究对象对大学生师生关系的结构进行探索和验证。在此基础上,对大
学生师生关系的发展特点进行了系统的讨论。研究结果如下:
1、大学生师生关系包含冲突、亲密、理解、期待四个维度,共解释师生关系总
变异的 %。
2、大学生师生关系在总体上是随年级的升高而呈下降趋势。年级类别在各维度
(除亲密维度外)及总分上主效应显著,大一时师生关系质量最好,大四时
最差。
3、大学生师生关系存在显著性别差异,性别类别在冲突和亲密维度上主效应显
著,女生与教师冲突水平低于男生,但男生与教师亲密水平高于女生。
4、大学生师生关系存在显著学科差异,学科类别在理解、期待维度上主效应显
著,文科学生对教师的理解和期待均高于理科学生。
5、在各维度上,性别、年级、专业之间存在显著交互作用。

Abstract
Teachers and students are two elements of education and instruction in university.
The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic and important
embodiment of interpersonal relation in the process of education and instruction , and
it will have great effect on development and achievement of students. There are
several research for structure, type and impacts of teacher-student relationship by
home and aboard researcher, but they are mostly limited to primary and secondary
schools. Teacher-student relationship on the university level studies mon in
the field of education, but there lack empirical research. Therefore, the in-depth study
of teacher-student relationship in college and to explore the structure and development
characteristics in the context of Chinese culture will have certain theoretical and
practical significance.
We collect the questionnaire items by in-depth interviews on the basis of the
