随着我国老龄化程度的不断加深,社区养老成为全社会关注的热点问题。深圳市社
区养老服务以“立足社区、面向老人、专业服务”为宗旨,为老年人提供无偿、低偿和
有偿的多样化服务。服务内容主要包括:生活照料、家政服务、康复服务、日托服务、
心理咨询、精神慰藉等。老年社会工作在介入社区养老服务,主要是通过老年社会工作
的个案工作和小组工作的方法进行。深圳市社区养老服务的主要特点是采用政府购买服
务的方式,在社区内形成社工、义工、护工联动机制,定期聘请香港督导进行培训,社
区养老服务取得了一些成效。
本文从老年社会工作的独特角度,以社会工作发展前沿城市——深圳某社区为案
例,采用访谈法进行实地考察,分析了深圳市社区养老服务的现状、特点、存在的问题,
并提出相应的对策。

Abstract
As the aging of population is deepening in China, community services for the aged is
ing one of the hotest spots in different social sectors. munity services for
the aged is for the purpose of "community-based, for the elderly, professional services" to
provide the elderly various services for free, pensation and paid. The services
inclunde daily care, housekeeping services, rehabilitation services, day care, counseling,
spiritual consolation, hospice care and etc. Case work and group work are the main service
mode when gerontological social work munity services for the aged. The
features munity services for the aged in Shenzhen is to buy service from institutions,
and the linkage mechanism of social workers,care workers,volunteers, and training from HK
supervisor.
