茵栀黄颗粒辅治新生儿黄疸 96 例疗效观察

【摘 要】 目的：探讨茵栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法：将 96 例新生儿黄疸患儿按来院先后分为治疗组 48
例与对照组 48 例，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服茵栀黄颗粒 1g，3 次/d，连服 5d 为 1 个疗程。观察记录治疗后黄疸指数下降
值。结果：治疗组治愈率与总有效率明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义。治疗组黄疸消退时间（±）d，对照组为（±
）d，两组差异有统计学意义。结论：口服茵栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿黄疸，临床疗效显著，可缩短疗程，值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss clinical effects of the Yinzhihuang granule on neonatal jaundice. Methods: 96 patients were divided
into two groups in order, 48 cases for each, the treatment was given the Yinzhihuang granule more. The changes of jaundice index in two
groups were recorded. Results: The curative rate and efficacy in the treatment were better than those in the control, the difference was
statistically significant. The disappeared time of jaundice in the treatment was (±) d, in another it was (±) d, the difference was
