摘要. 目的调查分析医学生抑郁、焦虑情绪状态及其相关的心理社会因素。方法分层整群抽取某医科学校509名本科生进行抑郁、焦虑情绪的流行特征及其相关因素的调查分析。结果医学生抑郁、%、%。不同年级学生在(SDS)、(SAS)得分差异具有显著性,抑郁、焦虑情绪与医科大学生的人格特征,特质应对方式、领悟社会支持、生活事件、学生对专业满意程度和就业前景评价有高度相关性。结论对医科大学生采取有针对性的健康教育措施,倡导应用积极的应对方式,提高适应环境能力,改善心理素质,以防止或降低其抑郁、焦虑情绪的发生。

The Epidemic Features and Related Factors of Depression and Anxiety of Medical Students

Abstract: Objective: Survey and analyze the state of depression and anxiety & related psychological-social factors. Method :select by delaminating and grouping to survey and analyze 509 medical college undergraduates , analyze their depressive and anxious epidemic features & related factors. Result: % & % medical undergraduates appear to be depressive and anxious. Students from different grades get different marks in SDS & SAS .The state of depression and anxiety is closely related to their personalities, peculiar ways of dealing with things, understanding social support, life affairs, satisfaction with their majors and evaluation on employment prospects.
Conclusion: It is necessary to take healthy education measures accordingly, advocate positive ways of dealing with things, improve the ability of adapting to the environment, improve their psychological qualities so as to avoid o
