11a- GENERAL
11a- 总则
11a- The term guestroom will be used to designate a single room module consisting of the sleeping area and a full bathroom.

11a- The typical king and double/double guestroom (for new construction) must be 13‘-0‖() wide x 26‘-0‖() long (net inside dimensions) This includes the bathroom and lobby entry way. Sleeping area must be 13‘-0‖() wide x 18‘- 0‖() long.
