13a- GENERAL
13a- 总则
13a- All hotels are required to have a minimum of one Executive Lounge located in the guestroom tower. This space serves as a major amenity in providing additional guest services including check-in/check-out, continental breakfast, beverage and snack service in the afternoon and evening, reading material and a social atmosphere.

13a- The Executive Lounge must be a minimum of four (4) guestroom bays in size and include a service pantry, a toilet facility and conference room. Hotels with less than 250 guestrooms may reduce the size to (3) bays. Larger hotels may require six (6) bays for lounge, as directed by Hilton Hotels Corporation.

13a- Service pantry must have direct access to guestroom corridor or service area / service elevator.

13a- Lounge must have a minimum 8‘-0‖ long () permanent buffet. Buffet must be a maximum of 34‖ high () and have a 24‖ deep () granite top. Provide lockable storage in the base.

13a- Acoustical treatment/isolation must be provided in the ceiling assemblies, walls and floor structures of the Lounge to limit sound transmission to surrounding areas. Provide a minimum 52 STC between the lounge and adjacent guestrooms and 45 STC between the lounge and guestroom corridors.
