12a- GENERAL
12a- 总则
12a- A two bay suite consists of two (2) guestroom bays, a living room (parlor) and an upgraded master bedroom and bath. Suite may be connected to rooms of typical or upgraded quality.
一个双开间套房,由两(2)个客房开间、一个起居室(客厅)和一个升级主卧室以及卫生间组成。套房可连通到标准客房或更高等级的房间。
12a- The parlor must have a powder room, closet, and a living room area with a wet bar.
客厅必须设有一个化妆间、壁橱和带有湿吧的起居室区。
12a- The master bedroom, separated from the parlor by double, bi-parting, louvered or two panel doors and shall include a closet and an enlarged four fixture bath (water closet, vanity, oversized or whirlpool tub and separate shower).
通过双扇门、直分门、百业窗门或者双格板门将主卧室与客厅分开,主卧室应包括一个壁橱和一个加大四件套卫生间(抽水马桶、洗面台、大型浴缸或漩涡浴缸和单独的淋浴间)。
12a- Refer to ADA Guidelines for ADA accessibility requirements. When suites are included in the project, at least one suite ply with ADA Equivalent Facilitation requirements.

12a- In typical, two bay suites provide a pair of 2‘-6‖ x 6‘-8‖(760mm x 2m) ouvered or two panel doors. In accessible, two bay suites provide a 3‘-0‖ x 6‘-8‖(900mm x 2m) louvered or two panel door.
标准双开间套房提供一对尺寸为760 毫米 x 2 米的百叶窗门或者双格板门。在无障碍双开间套房提供一对尺寸为900 毫米 x 2 米的百叶窗门或者双格板门。
