甘肃省本科院校体育教育专业健美操教学现状及发展对策研究

摘要
健美操在高校体育教学中已是开展较为普遍的体育活动,也是我国重点发展
的运动项目之一。健美操是集健身美体、休闲娱乐、心理调整、表演竞赛等多功
能为一体的一项运动,在学校体育中占有重要地位。本文旨在研究甘肃省本科院
校体育教育专业健美操教学现状,通过选取甘肃省(西北师范大学、西北民族大
学、兰州城市学院、天水师范学院、陇东学院、河西学院)六所本科院校体育教
育专业健美操的教学现状作为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法为主要研
究方法。另外,还采用了实地考察、比较分析、数理统计等研究方法,对甘肃省
体育教育专业健美操教学目标、教学手段、教学内容与方法、师资结构、影响因
素、发展对策等方面进行分析研究,得出:
甘肃省本科院校体育教育专业健美操教师队伍中以中青年教师为主,女教师
人数占 85%,教师的学历中本科所占比例较大,职称以中高级为主;甘肃省本科
院校体育教育专业健美操教学全部在室内进行,室内教学设施比较简单,在健美
操教学音响设备方面,大多数健美操教师都只是使用 CD 或录音机;甘肃省本科
院校体育教育专业健美操教学目标均重视对学生基本知识、基本技能和基本技术
的培养。但缺乏具体要求和任务;甘肃省本科院校体育教育专业健美操教学内容
对健美操运动的科学原理、方法、运动评价、生理卫生及运动保健知识、创编的
方法等内容涉及的较少;目前甘肃省本科院校体育教育专业健美操教学主要以传
统教学方法和手段为主;大部分的健美操教师认为课时比较紧张,没有时间对学
生进行形体、各方面素质的系统训练;甘肃省本科院校体育教育专业普遍以大众
健美操锻炼标准作为主要考核内容。
针对以上现状,本研究认为应加强师资队伍建设,提高健美操教师的自身素
质,改善健美操教学条件,加大教学设施的投入力度,健美操教学目标的定位要
合理,大力拓展教学内容,加强教学内容的科学性和实用性,优化健美操的教学
方法和手段,改革健美操教学评价的方式方法。建议相关部门应为健美操教师提
供更多的进修和学术交流机会,教师应采用多元化的形式评价学生的学习成绩,
以进一步完善健美操教学体系。

Abstract
Sports aerobics teaching at colleges and universities has been carried out which are the
mon types of sports, but also focusing on the development of our country one of
the sport. Body Fitness Aerobics is, leisure entertainment, psychological adjustment,
petitions, such as a multi-sport as a whole, the school occupies an
important position in sports. Gansu Province, this paper is to study physical education
major colleges teaching aerobics, by choosing Gansu (Northwest Normal University,
Northwest University for Nationalities, Lanzhou University, Tianshui Normal University,
