This Exam P reparation book i s intended for those pr eparing for t he
ITIL® V3 Foundation Exam.

program and has been training this course for more than 8 years. The
strategies and content in t his book i s a result o f ex perience an d
understanding o f t he ITIL® Founda tion P rogram, and the ex am
requirements.
This book is not a r eplacement f pleting t he course. T his is a
study aid to assist those who pleted an accredited course
and preparing for the exam.
Do not underestimate the value of your own notes and study aids. The
more you have, the more prepared you will be.
While it is not possible to pre-empt every question and contentthat
MAY be ask ed i n t he Foundation exams, This Book co vers the m ain
concepts of IT S ervice Management, each phase and pr ocess in t he
Service Lifecycle and is followed by a Practice Exam (created byThe
Art of Service).
Each Process contains a summarized o verview of key k nowledge for
the Foundat ion Exam. These overviews are designed t o help you t o
reference the knowledge gained through the course.
Due to licensing rights, we are unable to provide actual APMG Exams.
However, the study notes and sample exam questions in this book will
allow you t o m ore easi ly pr epare f or an A PMG I TIL ® Founda tion
exam.
