the ITIL® V3 Foundation Exam.
The Art of Service is an Accredited anization and has

a study aid to assist those who pleted an accredited
course and are preparing for the exam. Do not underestimate the
value of your own notes and study aids. The more you have, the
more prepared you will be.

process in the Service Lifecycle and is culminates in a practice
exam (created by The Art of Service).
Following the launch of the ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate in IT
Service Management, it was always intended to review the
syllabus as part of APM Group's continual service improvement
process. The full syllabus review process for the course and
certificate took place and is plete.
