Taiwan,once“the manufacture superiority'’,had created the fast growth miracle ofglobalization of resources flowing,the manufacture superiority position issubstituted by other areas that have lower production Taiwan needed to upgrade industries implemented“the cultural&creative industrialdevelopment plan”as akey impetus project,which isaimed to integrate thecultureandcreativity resources and unify thenew operation patterns and then toapply them intothebusiness aresult, Taiwan’S economy shows new vitality. As a policy concept widely mentioned,the cultural&creative industry definition and theindustrial scope did not have authorities to explain andthedevelop models on thesummary ofTaiwan’S cultural&creative industry and theanalysis essful examples,this paper introduced the current situation ofTaiwan cultural& creativeindustrialdevelopment and thepromotion measure taken by the administration department and analyzes Taiwan cultural&creative industries’existing problems,also summarized fivemain industries and developed models:the animation industry,the sophisticated agricultural, theceramics industry,the product designindustry,the new media industry.
