随着人们生活水平的提高，人们越来越注重养生保健和学****医学知识。介绍和翻译
国外新的医学成果和知识有助于人们了解最新的医学动态。本报告以笔者所做医学翻译
实践为基础，通过列举、分析实践中的实例，探讨医学翻译的方法和特点。
笔者的翻译实践材料取材于四篇医学科普文章和一篇医学研究论文。四篇医学科普
文章来源于美国之音的科学报道专栏，一篇医学论文下载于万方医学网。四篇医学科普
文章谈论的是与我们生活联系紧密的医学健康知识，那篇医学论文讨论的是免疫治疗对
过敏性哮喘及过敏性鼻炎方法的临床疗效和免疫机制。两种材料翻译难度相差极大，较
全面地涵盖了医学翻译的全部领域。
本报告首先概述医学翻译的特点，并介绍和对比翻译材料的特点。然后报告对翻译
实践的过程做了较为详细的描述。翻译过程包括译前准备、初译和校对翻译。译前准备
是笔者在翻译前所做的工作，如：选材，寻找合作人一起进行校对翻译。初译则是陈述
笔者在第一次翻译中遇到的困难和发生的错译。校对工作由笔者和合作人共同完成。本
报告还对本次翻译实践进行了案例分析。由于医学科普文章较简单，笔者重点分析医学
论文中专有名词和长难句的翻译，笔者在翻译专业术语时，既借助于查找翻译工具，又
采用直译、全译、标注释的方法使专业术语尽可能地准确；在翻译长句时，提出了切分
法、转译法和增译法。切分法是按意群对长句进行切分；转译法即把名词化结构转变成
动词词组或句子；增译法是出于表达的需要增加原文所没有的词汇。

Abstract
As living standard grows，medical science is playing an increasingly important role in our
daily life. Frequent translation and introduction of new medical articles and papers can keep us
informed about the latest development in medical science abroad. This report is an
introduction and description of my translation experience as well as my methods and
characteristics in translating some medical material.
The translated texts consist of four popular medical articles and one medical paper. The
four medical articles are from Voice of America and the medical paper is downloaded from
WANFANG MED ONLINE. The four medical articles are of some health knowledge that is
closely related to our life. The paper about the methods of treating asthmatic/rhinitis children
sensitized to house dust mite in a trial. The two parts of translation material are in different
levels of translation difficulty, which, as it is hoped, would offer the translation as much
experience as possible.
