文档介绍：中山大学硕士学位论文 X公司员工满意度调查与研究姓名:贾美文申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理指导教师:储小平 20080515 X公司员工满意度调查与研究专业:工商管理硕士生:贾美文指导教师:储小平教授摘要员工是决定公司运营绩效的重要因素之一,直接影响到顾客对企业提供的产品和服务的满意度。由于员工满意度调查存在主观性的特点,不同的员工细分群体对企业满意度的认知可能存在差异,简单的员工满意度调查并不能完全揭示企业存在的问题和员工对现有环境的认知。因此,在员工满意度调查结果分析的过程中需要针对不同目标群体加以分析,了解各目标群体的需求,并从中找出企业迫切需要改善的项目。本文首先简单分析了中外企业员工满意度研究的方法,通过采用问卷调查、座谈访问等方法对X公司不同类型员工的满意度进行了实证研究,并得出基于员工任职期限、学历和员工类型等个人因素的员工满意度分布情况,为提高X公司员工满意度提供决策的依据。同时,从薪酬制度、绩效管理、员工发展与培训三个方面为提高X公司员工满意度提出对策和建议。关键词:员工认知,员工满意度,目标群体 The Survey and Investigation ofEmployee Satisfaction pany Maj or:Master ofBusiness Administration Name:Meiwen Jia Supervisor:Xiaoping Chu ABSTRACT Employee is one of the most important factors which will determine the corporate operating performance,and have adirectimpact on customers’satisfaction on products and services thesubjective characteristics ofemployee satisfaction,there willbedifferent opinions among differentsub-groups ofemployee, thesimple survey ofemployee satisfaction can not befully revealedtheproblems and getthe exact e oftheemployee’S ,we should do analysis on different target groups during thesurvey tounderstand the needs of varioustargetgroups,and fmdtheurgentprojects which need tobeimproved.- This paper,based onthestudy pany,analyzes thesatisfaction simply introduce the methodologies used by Chinese and foreign employee satisfaction the use ofquestionnaire,conversazione etc.,weget the conclusion that theworking time,education background andtype ofemployee will affectthe distribution ofemployee the sametime,we bring forward the suggestions from the aspects pensation management,performance management and thedevelopment ofemployee toimprove Xcompany’S employee satisfaction.
