ABSTRACT
Along with society's development, our Country Enterprise's human resources is having the immense changes, specially the labor force obvious transformation, some experts indicated that ten years, our country labor force will present the deficit next, therefore the human resources development is getting more and more important regarding the enterprise, it relates the entire petitive power the enhancement. Along with knowledge economy's arrival, each enterprise takes seriously more and more to human resources' development and the management, it can provide the unremitting development power for the enterprise, can create more values for the enterprise. In the future enterprise'petition, will be talented person'petition, who had the core technical talented person, who can be in an impregnable position in the future enterprise's development, therefore, the human resources development and the management significance is significant. In the article has the enterprise human resources development importance, as well as its development way carries on the analysis, understood that the human resources development to enterprise development's influence, as well as in enterprise's developing process needs to respect the talented person, cherishes the talented person, humanist, unifies the human resources development with the enterprise culture construction, maximum limit stimulates talented person's creativity, meets the individual need.
