帕病 3 号方治疗帕金森病 30 例临床研究

摘要目的: 观察帕病 3 号方对帕金森病( P D) 的疗效。方法: 60 例寒热错杂、厥阴风动型 P D 患者随机分为试验组和对照组各
30 例。试验组采用帕病 3 号方加美多巴片治疗, 对照组给予美多巴片加中药协定方治疗, 两组疗程均为 3 个月。观察两组患者
治疗前后帕金森病综合评分量表( U P DRS) 积分及 Hoehn-Y ahr 分级改善情况。结果: 试验组患者精神、行为、情绪、日常活动及
运动功能评分均较治疗前明显下降( P< 0. 05) , 对照组仅日常活动积分明显下降( P < 0. 05) 。试验组总有效率为 43. 33% , 明
显高于对照组的 16. 67% ( P< 0. 05) 。结论: 帕病 3 号方治疗寒热错杂、厥阴风动型 PD 具有较好的临床疗效。

syndrome type o f intermingled heat and cold and type o f Juey in wind stirring w ere rando mly divided into a test g roup and a
