能产生抗-D抗体，特别对育龄期妇女，可能发生流产、死胎、新生儿溶血病（女童患者成年后风险同上）等。
⑷输注不同血型的单采血小板，应选择抗-A、抗-B抗体效价≤64的供者，儿童应尽量减少血小板中的血浆量，以防止发生溶血性输血反应。
⑸AB型单采血小板的血浆中不含抗-A、抗-B抗体，但AB型血小板上有A抗原和B抗原，因此非同型输注比较安全但疗效略差。
⑹RhD阴性无抗-D抗体的患者，特别是育龄期妇女（包括女童），输注RhD阳性单采血小板后，有条件者可尽快注射抗D人免疫球蛋白以预防抗体产生。
⒋ 严禁对“推荐方案”以外情况以“临床紧急输血”名义给予非同型输血。
第二部分：“推荐方案”具体内容
一、ABO疑难血型患者紧急抢救输血推荐方案
符合ABO疑难血型判定提示内容和紧急抢救输血指征的患者，应立即启动
“推荐方案”程序。
⒈ 由主治医师请示上级医师同意后，填写“紧急抢救输血申请单”，报医院医务管理部门审批或总值班备案，并向输血科（血库）提出紧急抢救输血要求。特别紧急时先电话申请，随后补交申请单。
⒉ 经医务管理部门审批或总值班备案后，经治医师填写“紧急抢救输血治疗知情同意书”，征得患者或亲属同意后，医患双方在“紧急抢救输血治疗知情同意书”上签字，并保存在患者病历中。患者不能表达本人意愿及无亲属时，报医院授权人签字同意后实施。
