In my opinion, the case that more and more children send their children to go abroad for a study has both positive and negative effect, just as a day has both sun day and moon night.
On the one hand, why the parents send their children go abroad is having a deep study which means they would help their children get the hands of more useful and deeper knowledge. Once their children come back to China, they are the live books that contain both China and other countries’ culture.
On the other hand, more and more children go abroad are the loss of talent. If those children would come back China, each of them will be a big mount of wealth,while most of them will not come back to China in fact and will do harm for Chinese education eventually.
All in all,we are not in a position to say that study abroad is a good or bad. The things we can do are accelerating the development of Chinese education and guiding the students studying abroad to come back to China and make contributions to our country.
