第六条 加强农贸市场环境卫生管理
〔一〕市场应建立一支相对稳定的保洁队伍,承当并做好场内经常性保洁工作。保洁人员应做到“交易不散,保洁不断〞,对场内产生的垃圾“随脏随扫,日产日清〞。
〔二〕市场内实行垃圾袋装化,按规定配备相应数量的垃圾箱、果屑箱,放置有序,清洁无损,有专人负责管理。
〔三〕场内经营者产生的垃圾或剥弃的菜渣、果皮等应放入专门的废物容器内,由保洁人员定时清理。
〔四〕根据市场规模大小配备相应的专〔兼〕职消***员,负责场内除害消杀工作。做到日有小规模消杀,每周不少于2次集中消杀,确保市场灭蝇、灭蚊、灭鼠、灭蟑螂到达国家规定标准。
〔五〕市场内店铺前后、摊位前后严格落实门前卫生“三包〞责任制,确保不出现卫生死角。
〔六〕市场内点杀家禽应符合“前店卖,后店杀,店内不见屎、毛、血〞的标准,剐剖水产品应符合废弃物袋装化要求,地面不见杂物,防止血污外溢。并做到关门收摊前彻底清扫清洁卫生。
第七条 加强农贸市场平安管理
〔一〕市场内各种平安制度健全落实,人员、职责、岗位责任明确。
