在此背景下，将崇州市工业集中发展区设立为省级经济开发区，是加速崇州市灾后重建步伐，确保灾区经济社会持续健康发展的迫切需要，是实施城乡统筹，加快推进城市化、工业化，实现区域产业升级、结构调整的现实需要。现拟将崇州市工业集中发展区更名为“成都崇州经济开发区”，申列省级经济开发区。
二、规划范围、规划依据、规划期限
（一）规划范围
，北抵成温邛高速公路，南至泗维大道，东到黑石河，西以世纪大道为界。，远期展望到30KM2。

三、发展现状
