一．一般规定
1总那么和适用范围：
本规程规制定了四木有线网络科技有限公司关于有线电视系统网络施工工艺和平安要求。适用于四木承揽的光纤同轴电缆混合网〔HFC〕传输局部的施工和平安维护。
适用范围为以楼房为主的住宅小区。本规程如有不详细之处，施工队应及时联系商讨解决方法。确保工程质量。
2引用标准和文件：
本规程参照国家及上海市有关有线电视网络工程设计及施工标准，结合实际修订。符合国家及上海市有线电视网络工程设计及施工标准。
GY/T 106—1999 有线电视播送系统技术标准。
GB/T 6510-96 30MHz—1GHz声音和电视信号的电缆分配系统。

二、光缆施工标准
1、管道光缆施工要求；
1〕按光缆配盘图纸进行敷设、标识。假设需要改动，以不增长敷设长度为原那么。光缆和电缆不能在同一管中敷设。
2〕光缆弯曲半径不小于光缆外径的15倍，施工过程中不应小于20倍。
3〕光缆布放的牵引力应加在光缆的加强芯上，保证光纤不受力。牵引力不超过350Kg，牵引速度不超过10米／分，
