二、应急宣传培训方案
〔一〕开展应急管理宣传咨询日活动
1、活动时间：4月中旬
2、活动地点：暖泉街道
3、活动内容：组织应急管理法律法规、应急常识展览、发放各种应急管理宣传资料。由镇综治办、计生站、司法所和暖泉派出所共同负责。镇综治办对全镇宣传咨询日活动进行集中宣传报道。
〔二〕多形式开展应急管理宣教活动
1、活动时间：2022年全年
2、活动地点：各村〔居〕
3、活动内容：〔1〕利用网站宣传?突发事件应对条例?相关知识内容，同时播放应急管理宣传语公益广告。〔2〕在各村做好应急宣教活动专栏，定期印制宣传海报，宣传应急管理知识。由镇综治办负责协调各村做好相关工作。
〔三〕组织开展应急管理知识竞赛和应急知识征文有奖比赛
应急管理知识竞赛具体内容：
1、活动时间：12月上旬
2、竞赛内容：?突发事件应对条例?
3、承办单位：综治办、司法所、林水站
4、组织形式：竞赛试题由洪广镇综治办统一发放，通过答题卡填写答案参赛
应急知识征文比赛：
1、活动时间：12月中旬。
2、活动主题：普及应急知识，提高自救能力
