铁路客运专线无缝线路施工技术
摘要:无缝线路是铁路轨道现代化的重要内容,经济效益显著。跨区间无缝线路是我国铁路可与专线建设发展的重要技术创新。铺设跨区间无缝线路的施工质量是列车高速、重载、安全运营的保证。因此研究铁路客运专线无缝线路施工技术具有重要意义。本文首先对线路施工的准备工作进行了说明,然后说明了其施工工艺流程,最后分八个步骤详细探讨了铁路客运专线无缝线路的施工技术要点。

Abstract: seamless line is an important content of modernization of railway track, the economic benefit is remarkable. Regional seamless track railway with the development of railway construction in our country is important technical innovation. Laying regional seamless line construction quality is the assurance of high speed train, overload, safe operation. So the seamless line of railway passenger dedicated line construction technique is of great significance. This paper for the line construction preparation is illustrated, and then illustrates its construction process, the last eight steps of railway passenger dedicated line are discussed in detail for seamless line construction technology key points.

前言
跨区间无缝线路,是将桥上无缝线路、胶接绝缘接头、无缝道岔等多项技术结合,将一个闭塞区间乃至整个区间甚至多个区间(包括道岔、桥梁、隧道等)的绝缘接头都焊接或胶接在一起的线路,它取消了缓冲区。与普通无缝线路相比,跨区间无缝线路进一步提高了线路的平顺性和强度,降低了轨道部件的损耗和维修工作量, 改善了列车运行工况,因此对其施工技术进行研究具有重要的意义。(无缝线路示意图见图1)

一、铁路客运专线无缝线路的施工准备——路基处理
客运专线铺设无缝线路最主要的先决条件是路基良好、稳固。达到此要求必须要有正确的施工方法。对于复杂地质条件下的路基工程, 需要做好充分的调查和准备,保证施工质量。
