房建施工中防渗漏施工技术的应用思考
摘要:随着我国经济的腾飞,城市建筑施工行业也取得了很大的发展。居民住宅常出现渗漏问题。房建施工质量与居民生命财产安全息息相关。渗漏的原因大多与建筑材料真假参半有关,也与施工技术有直接的关系。房建施工中防渗漏技术应用的关键在房屋建筑的墙身、厨房、卫生间等地方,在房建施工中应用防渗漏技术,提高房建施工的防渗功能,使房屋渗漏的可能性降到最低。

Abstract: along with our country economy development, city construction industry has achieved great development. Residential often appear leakage problem. Housing construction quality and safety is closely related to the lives and property of residents. The causes of leakage and most of the construction materials as false, also has the direct relations with the construction technology. Key to the application of anti leakage technology in construction of buildings in the building wall, kitchen, bathroom and other places, in the housing application of seepage control technology in the construction of seepage control function, improve the housing construction, the leakage possibility of the house down to the lowest.

房建施工的技术问题有很多,关于防渗漏施工技术的应用是非常重要的一个方面。在进行房建施工时,一定要做好屋面、墙身、厨房与卫生间等位置的防渗漏施工工作,这是保证整个房建工程质量的关键。工程施工人员一定要了解防渗漏技术对于整个房建工程的应用,才能更好的开展防渗漏工作,做好工程中的防渗漏处理,保证建筑工程高质量的完工。
一、房建施工中出现渗漏施工问题的原因
1、外墙渗漏原因
房建施工中外墙渗漏主要由以下几个原因导致。
(1)、外墙螺栓套管预留孔渗漏
房建施工时,外墙施工完成,墙面会留有穿墙螺栓孔和脚手架预留孔,封墙时,这些孔没有按照规定处理,结果孔封闭不严或裂开,造
